Something Rotten in the State of Shanghai

Hans Jagerblitzen’s latest CPM report is disturbing reading. It seems that the relationship between the CPM and the CCP Shanghai office has deteriorated to the point of being impotent.

The two groups had already been at loggerheads over the fundamental issues of communication and trust, and it looks like those issues have not only not healed, but festered.

Looks like CCP Rouge has a lot of building bridges in his immediate future.
